MMS 5.6.00 is available with a release date of March 5, 2010.  Release 5.6.00 represents MMS Phase I changes to support Navy ERP (NRP) processes. To view all enhancements and modifications, click here.

Users experiencing problems running the exports or history processes on versions 5.400 or lower should download and run the V5.2 back fit process. Contact the ROMIS MMS Support team for more information.

The MMS WIN User's Manual is continually being updated to provide more in-depth information, including helpful hints.  Please come back occasionally to download/review any changes. The Table of Contents (TOC) and manual have been restructured to closely follow the way the MMS menu displays user processes.  To view the newest version click here. Sending Feedbacks:

• Click on Feedback or CCB Web Site from the home page to access the WEBCCB.  You have the capability to run reports, query feedbacks, and submit your feedback information directly into our CCB Web based system.  Contact the MMS Support Desk for login and password access.  Note that the WEBCCB has replaced the old Feed Tracking System (FTS).

• You can submit your site-generated feedbacks electronically to us through this Web site. One or more feedbacks can be output to a file by using the OUTPUT option in the FEEDBACK REPORT module from the ROMIS MMS main menu. A user-defined name identifies the file. It is suggested each site uses the last 5 characters of its activity UIC plus a 3 character Julian date, 99999365.DBF, to avoid overwriting any files previously created. This naming scheme will work for most sites.
  
• There are two ways to transfer the electronic feedback file to us. The first way is to select our Send Mail option on the home page or email us at MMS Support Desk and attach the file to the email message.
